Type "bioresonance" into a search engine and the second suggestion is usually "…is it legit?" It deserves a straight answer rather than a sales pitch, so here is one, from a seller with every incentive to overclaim and a policy of not doing so.
Three things, and they matter. First: bioresonance is not established medicine. Mainstream clinical evidence for diagnostic or treatment claims is weak, and regulators in several countries have sanctioned sellers who market it as disease diagnosis or cure. Second: the field attracts overclaiming, "cures allergies," "detects cancer", and that overclaiming is both false and dangerous. Third: individual testimonials are not data; placebo and expectation effects are real forces in any wellness practice.

Dismissing the entire category because of its worst marketers misses what honest users actually do with it. The defensible use case was never "diagnose and cure", it is terrain care: a structured, trackable daily practice supporting the environment the body regulates itself in. In that frame, the fair comparisons are not pharmaceuticals but meditation apps, sauna, breath work, sound practice, categories where personal tracking, ritual consistency and felt outcomes legitimately count, and where millions of people find durable value.
It is also worth noting what the technology concretely provides regardless of mechanism debates: a measurement ritual that makes people pay structured attention to their state, a daily practice with zero willpower cost, and a feedback loop, and behavioural science is unambiguous that attention, ritual and feedback change outcomes.
